Currently, some labels are included in the changelog. Example:

### Fixed Bugs

- #4913 [Priority: Low, Timepiece: Feature & Support] Title of PR @githubuser

Can we remove these, or have a configuration / option to exlcude the extra label(s) from changelog entries?
