the goal is a way to keep track of who has counters on you as effectively as you can see who you have counters on with the retal filter, it would be convenient to make this a small frame to the left under the menu while viewing the rankings pages so you can see both who is online/out of DP and who has counters simulatenously

the best method for this is beyond me since my programming skills are limited; considering that counters expire when used or after seven days, with the most recent counter being used before the older counters if multiple are possessed

perhaps the useful information could be culled from the battle logs? they contain identity of attacker, defender, and the time; a first run would require scrolling back through the last seven days to be brought up to speed

This will have to be harvested from battle logs and from day-to-day harvesting of battles, same as capsule lab feeds on the artifact list... It might not always be accurate, but heck, it's worth trying...
