Turn Count Inaccurate #45

After installing GC Mod Pack v.5.0.20 I've noticed turns seem to accumulate faster, and then when you click on a link to a different page, the turn count corrects to usually a much lower number of turns. With multiple tabs open one tab may show a full 45 turns blinking, but that count may be inaccurate, making constantly reloading a page, or switching pages necessary to update the turn count.

Version 5.0.20 was a mistake - I accidentaly run a deploy ant script... All fixed in 5.0.21.
