Description

I get this error message. If I do run Zen with sudo /Applications/Zen.app/Contents/MacOS/Zen it does work normally. Can you please make it so that the app can be run without the sudo command and with the "Require an administrator password to access system-wide settings" setting on.

I've encountered the same problem on M1 air. But by changing the system setting will provide a short-term workaround for the problem.

System Settings > Search Lock system settings > set require admin for systemwide settings to DISABLE
