Distribute helpfiles as HTML, PDF

Instead of having in-game documentation, switch to providing a nicely-formatted HTML guide, which can be packaged both locally and on the Web.

A PDF version would be nice for those who like printing; perha using TeX or something?

Comment by magnate on 31 Jul 2011 22:40 UTC Included in 3.3.0 with a "make manual" build target which builds the PDF from LaTeX. Although the build system doesn't currently build HTML help, it can do eventually, and there's already a comprehensive online manual at http://rephial.org/wiki/UserManual.
