the engine is not smooth i.e. its a 2 cylinder

The data is of course not going to be smooth but that doesn't matter. What could be done is an option added to the program to go between a raw data line (like what it has currently) or a smooth curve using a type of spline. A spline curve may not represent exact data at points along it, but that's OK because a dyno graph is more about visualization anyway. The exact data can be pulled and inspected elsewhere.
