Create custom user model #1

As a User I want to be able to login and create a profile so that I can choose which user I am and what CRUD I want to do. AC:

  1. Create custom user model
  2. Enable user´s to set thier profile and choose which user they want to be.
  3. The superuser can set the criterias for the different users.
