Sort replies from the employer and send emails to the applicants

As Admin I can sort through the emails so that the contact between applicant and employer is facilitated

AC 1: Admin can monitor and sort through the emails from both employer and applicants
AC 2: Facilitate email replies back and forth between applicant and employer until the job is filled
AC 3: When thier is an agreement, both parties can then contact each other.
