As a Regular User I can create a profile so that I can see all the jobs I have applied to and post that I have submitted that have been published and those awaiting approval

AC 1: Regular User can create a profile

AC 2: Regular User can monitor status of job application and post submission

AC 3: With a profile and logged in, a Regular User can also carry out CRUD on the blog posts and job applications.
