As a regular user I can apply for a new job so that I get redirected to the list of jobs in the specific speciality and I can apply to another job in the same speciality.
Given a regular user is logged in, they can apply to a job and get a success message.
They are redirected from the job detail page back to the list of jobs in the specific speciality the applied job belongs in.
