Objective: Leverage Hugging Face Transformers for advanced NLP tasks. Tasks:

Select and load a pre-trained model (e.g., BERT) for tasks such as NER and semantic analysis.
Write scripts to process resumes and job descriptions using the model.
Fine-tune the pre-trained model with specific data, if necessary.
