Objective: Train custom models for specific tasks such as resume scoring and keyword matching. Tasks:

Vectorize text data (resumes and job postings) using TF-IDF or other techniques.
Train a machine learning model (e.g., RandomForestClassifier) to score resumes.
Evaluate and tune the model using validation data.
