Something else to keep in mind when rewriting the toolbar - FIND EVERY CASE OF THESE AND LIMIT THEM TO 16px and 16px SIZING physically when in GTK+ SysTheme.

Known instances I have noticed: Bookmarks Bar and this screenshot's example
