Toolbar button hover/active states look weird when using a theme, toolbar icons look weird with dark themes due to the shadow, the tab texture in dark themes doesnt really match the rest of the toolbar and looks like it cuts off at the edges, also bookmark folders still use a messed up icon and dont have an active state, these issues mostly apply to chrome 21 - 47 styles but some are also noticable on the other styles (such as folder icon/active state)
