I just found it in the Chromium source code of ~38 - it's basically Classic but lighter blue and even the toolbar is blue again(?)

Putting it here for now so I don't forget to move it to public ⁠issues-and-suggestions as a post-1.0 suggestion. chromium-38.0.2125.509/chrome/app/theme/default_100_percent/common/supervised_user_theme
