This PR adds a redirect that makes the "Monitor" and "Relay" buttons in the "People" menu act almost like the Chrome's variant of the menu's buttons.
This PR only adds the code to replace the functionality of those 2 buttons and not the appearance of them (The only change i applied was to make the buttons reappear and to remove the description of those buttons.)
