AssetController first draft added along with views and ViewModel ... #38

...for CheckListItems. Not much improvements comparing to generated views and controller, just added displaying Asset selected ChekListItems in Edit view.

It is far not a final variant but I think it worth to merge now to be able to integrate with AssetListController and dashboard.

The edit's working, I didn't hit any exceptions after playing around with it a bit.

The last commit was made to follow our discussion with Matthew that we should not introduce broken links with our additions to the application.
