The pie chart for Monthly Expenses by Category does not have the percentage #8

While the pie chart in UG has percentages on it, these figures are not shown in my pie chart.

While it is true that the percentages are not showing, this issue arises only when there is one single category which have value on it and all others are 0, which is purely cosmetic. For any other cases where there is more than one category, the pie chart will show the percentages as the slice each category take is not 100 percent. The help of the legends at the side further assists the user to verify that there is only one category with expenses on it. As this is a cosmetic bug and does not hinder user's judgement and analysis on the PieChart, it's severity should be VeryLow instead.
