Missing Patcher EXE #11

hi, i cannot figure out where the patcher is or how to use is. I think the readme is an image

Wanted to comment the same thing that in 2022 there is no EXE for the patcher, nor any readme or instructions on how to build or install the program. All you get from the downloads and builds is a DLL and the ROM converting script.

The patcher looks to have been removed from the release assets. You can see it was there for 1.6 release here https://gall.dcinside.com/mgallery/board/view/?id=2d_fightgame&no=1038964. Why was it removed? The source source only has the code for compiling the DLL

any updates on this? I really want to add zero 3 upper to this game

there will surely be something possible to do with samurai spirit perfect, there are a lot of modifications that moo proposes that we could surely integrate into a final burn or a mame...
