Sensitive clients will find the word "Pimp" offensive and will feel it condones the exploitation of women.

Much in the same way as A&M Nav, you should add the option to rename the plugin title as a setting which will change the plugin title in all places it occurs (menu bar, options page title, plugin list, etc).

Personally, I find nothing wrong with the name, and take it as it was intended to mean, that is 'to elevate' or 'add style', but having worked with sensitive clients, I already know several who will take strong issue with the name at first glance.

I know this to be the case from dealing with questions over P&Ts 'Playa' add on with EE clients.

+1 on this.

Also, I'd much prefer to access the settings via plugin->settings and for the title bar menu to be optional if that is possible. Given it's something I only actually visit and use irregularly, I prefer less clutter over easier access.

Yup - certainly loosing the tab makes sense

Agreed, I'll move it to settings - although it can't actually be stored as plugin settings so we'll have to do some kind of redirect to he correct controller action.
