PHP Notice on entries that should 404 when pmm is installed #39

Error: Undefined variable: entryType File: services/PimpMyMatrixService.php:151

Reproduce: Go to an entry edit page in the cp that should 404 (e.g. because it has been deleted) with pmm installed.
