Settings Tabs #23

I would like to create tabs in the tool so we can separate the scan log from the scanner itself.

So one tab might be called Scanner, and the other tab would be called Scan History

I'm getting a merge conflict when trying to merge this into the release branch.

Please merge the current release branch into the Issue-23 branch and resolve the conflict. It looks like a small one. I'm just not sure what should stay and what should go.
