Failed to load resource. #8

I'm seeing an error in the Chrome console, "Failed to load resource: 404 Not Found" - http://woo.angelleye.com/wp-content/plugins/paypal-security-for-wordpress/admin/js/paypal-security-for-wordpress-jquery.form.min.js?ver=1.0.0

I don't seem to be getting this now.
