Express Checkout - Shipping address validation errors still happening..?? #816

Still seeing some of these reports that we thought we had fixed by now, and this guy provides some details about what could be causing it.

@angelleye I have test everything base on this guy provides some details, but everything is working fine for me. Can you please ask log file or website credential for more troubleshoot?

We're facing this issue with every customer who tries to use express checkout

@shawaj Can you verify what versions of everything you're running? Also, make sure you have cleared caching / CDN tools after updating any plugins.

@angelleye - yes cache is cleared, CDN is cleared also (jetpack).

@kcppdevelopers Another user mentioned that they were having this problem, too:

But after adjusting the Shipping Destination setting to what's shown above it fixed the problem. That's the same thing the link in the first comment of this issue says, too.

Hopefully @shawaj can verify it fixes his problem, too, and then we can add some logic based on these settings to handle things appropriately.

A couple more users reporting address validation problems. User Tarkan provides some info that may be useful to work around these problems in some scenarios.

@kcppdevelopers Another user reporting similar issue. Not sure if this is what you've already taken care of or not..??

I am having the same issue as described above and have the latest updates installed across the board. The shipping address is being pulled over to PayPal and inserted as the billing address. How can I solve this issue?
