Delete order from pending list. #32

Ability to remove/delete orders from the pending list from within the web-app.

@kcppdevelopers I see a trash can icon on the Pending Orders list now, but nothing happens when I push it. It doesn't trigger anything in the browser progress bar or anything.

@kcppdevelopers On desktop Chrome browser the trash can is working, but on mobile Chrome Browser (Android) it is not. It just highlights the row gray.

On desktop the rows highlight gray as I hover over them, but it never stays gray like it does on mobile browser.

@kcppdevelopers The trash can is still not working for me on Android Chrome.
