Tax application..?? #42

In WooCommerce I created an order that does not include any tax. It's a $40.00 order with nothing but items on it, no tax or shipping. When I scan the QR code for this order it pulls pulls up in our web app with $3.08 tax applied. I'm not sure where that's coming from..??

It's applying the same tax when I go to checkout for the order in WooCommerce directly, so it must actually need to be applied. Not sure why the WC order isn't applying it when I create the order, though..??

I think just never "recalculated" within the order.
