Linking to specific comment doesn't show relevant paragraph in Chrome #102

When I click on 
http://deschoolingsociety.digress.it/learning-webs/#comment-63-194

I am shown the comment but the relevant paragraph is not shown alongside the 
comment. I have to scroll down to the relevant paragraph to see it highlighted. 

It works fine in FF, but not Chrome.

seems to be working in the latest version of chrome and digressit
