Hyperlinks don't work in digressit document text #107

When clicking on a hyperlink in a digress.it text, the link is non-responsive. 
This appears to be because of the way clicking on paragraphs, causes the 
comment box to open and the paragraph be highlighted.

thank you for reporting this issue. it's been fixed in the latest version 
(currently live on the site)
