TOC unsorted when upgraded from v2 #114

http://mobilereview.jiscpress.org has a really messed up TOC.

In the back end, the posts are all nicely organised by timestamp and look like 
they should display well in the front end TOC.

What I've noticed is that they are being listed in the TOC by the title of the 
post slug.

If you roll over the TOC, you'll see what I mean. At the top is

http://mobilereview.jiscpress.org/81/

and at the bottom is

http://mobilereview.jiscpress.org/270/

and the posts inbetween are in order by the slug, which in this case, is a 
number.

Any ideas why? I see that in the options, there's no longer the option
to sort the TOC by anything, as in v2. It could be that he was using
this option. How are you handling upgrades on sites that have specific
options set in v2?

I added the option to manage sort to the admin. try this again.
