JISCPress: Add autodiscovery for feeds #120

I see support for feeds is in the code, but there are no feed icons or header 
tags for auto-discovery. Both would be useful. Auto-discovery would be most 
useful and remain discreet. Thanks.

There seems to be auto-discovery (kind of) for paragraph comments: 
http://digressit.blogs.lincoln.ac.uk/2009/12/09/hello-world/ but it's only 
picking up the first paragraph.

Ah, I see what that is. it's the section/post comment feed which comes with 
WordPress.
