add support for nested chapters/sections #123

digress.it would be much more useful to me and others who do long-form writing 
if it supported writing with subordinate parts, such as chapters with nested 
sections. See my description about this issue here:

My understanding (which may be wrong) is that this limitation is based on the 
underlying architecture of the plugin. In WordPress, authors may display 
content in pages or posts, but only pages can have a parent-child relationship 
(such as a chapter with several sections). While CommentPress was built to 
display writing in pages, digress.it largely displays it in posts.

I raised this issue a few months ago, prior to the v3 release, and do not 
recall whether it is possible to achieve or not.

There has been some discussion on the mailing list about this.

Digress.it does support nested sections. Check out the discussion @
