New embed code problems #126

There's a couple of bugs in Alex's recent code:

1. When I click on the " next to this paragraph 
http://linkeddata.jiscpress.org/executive-summary/#1 it shows the embed info 
but when I click on the embed info it disappears before I can copy it.

2. On other sites, not using Alex's JISCPress theme, when I click on the " 
nothing happens. e.g. this paragraph 
http://infrastructurecalloct2010.jiscpress.org/eligibility/#1

Can I suggest that Alex's JISCPress theme becomes the default theme for 
digress.it? It's a subtle improvement over the current theme but not so 
different that it seems worthwhile maintaining two themes.

Have fixed the disappearing box problem with commit r289
