The space between the navigation links and the section header is very tight on IE8 #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

On other browsers, the space is fine, but on IE8, it's very close and a bit 
confusing. At first glance it's difficult to tell which is the header and 
which is the navigation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
