missing quote in table attribute breaks table #36

if quote marks are misin in setting the value of a table attribute:
eg <table rowspan=2>
rather than 
<table rowspan='2'>
the table is not displayed

I don't know if this is digress.it problem or just how Wordpress and browsers 
choose
to render unquoted text. It's technically illegal, with most parsers, to have
unquoted attributes.
