Theme doesn't support images fully #40

When I add a caption to an image, the image is not displayed. (v2.2)

Images that are aligned in any way do not show. When no alignment is used, 
images
with links work OK. Captions make the image disappear.

Alignment = bad
Captions = bad
Links = OK

I've just come across another example of this (v2.3) where adding captions to 
the 
images resulted in them not displaying at all. If I removed the captions, they 
were 
displayed.
