Allow a 'pop out' wider view for tables #45

digress.it handles small tables quite well but when there are tables with
lots of columns or include data which doesn't wrap, like hyperlinks, the
table extends across the page in an unelegant way:

It would be nice if tables that exceed a certain width, could have a 'pop
out' button that will extend and collapse them if the reader wishes.

and when the table is in full width view, could the comment box fall naturally
into a
full width frame at bottom of page?

Just noticed that the table does not extend across the page in FF 3.5. It looks
like
a webkit problem. As an interim, the hyperlinks in tables could wrap in
FF/webkit/IE
browsers with a view to doing something more fancy later?
