Page level feeds - one paragraph per item: incorrect link numbering #56

Looking at feeds such as:

http://writetoreply.org/legaldeposit/feed/paragraphlevel/annex-c-
online-content-to-be-published/

1) the link should be rewritten to contain the value stated in the guid
element; that is, the item link should point to each paragraph URI, not the
page URI;

2) the guid link has incorrect numbering - the first item has guid:
http://writetoreply.org/legaldeposit/annex-c-online-content-to-be-
published/#0

This should be:

http://writetoreply.org/legaldeposit/annex-c-online-content-to-be-
published/#1

ie the paragraph # numbering is out by 1
