iPad/Touch Devices can't Click and Drag Comment field #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any posting in Digress.it powered site on an iPad/iPhone
2. Try moving the comment window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that it recognizes the touch and dragging of the finger,
but instead, the window fails to "pick up"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3, using iPad Safari browser.

Please provide any additional information below.
