Threaded comments bug #64

I've noticed this on other digress.it sites, but have just realised what the 
problem is. If threaded comments are enabled, a comment made by clicking 
'Reply' in the comment box, does not show up in the comment box. It can be 
found via the Comment Browser pages, but not in the comment box. If I turn off 
threaded comments, the comment appears in the comment box immediately.

My reply on that paragraph is not visible if threaded comments are turned on.

Do you know of a quick fix I can make for this on the server?
