Comment count does not change when posts are unpublished #76

I've just unpublished two posts by making their status 'draft' but the comment 
count in the comment browser remains the same, suggesting there are way more 
comments than are actually visible. 

See the attached file. The comment count for users is wrong as is the 
'...comments in this book' summary.
