login to hosted digress.it v3 with Safari results in gray locked browser window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- I noticed this last night, and thought it was a temporary fluke, but it's 
still here. When logging into  a hosted digress.it v3 site with Safari 5.0.2 
for Mac, I successfully enter my account, but the browser 
window becomes dark gray and locks up, not accepting any mouse clicks. See 
screenshot. (login via Firefox for Mac works fine.)
