please modify auto-hide sidebar setting, and allow option for "none"

The user-defined digress.it options are truly wonderful. But I don't understand 
this current setting:

Auto-hide Sidebar:
yes (default)
no

Why would anyone want to set "no" auto-hide? It obscures the text. A preferable 
set of options would be:

Sidebar:  
auto-hide (default)
none  

I can envision several cases where I would prefer no sidebar to be visible, to 
avoid confusing novice readers.

Eddie, I see that you added an option called "Enabled Sidebar." But when I set 
this to "No" on http://jacktest.digress.it, the sidebar still appeared.

I reset options, then selected Sidebar Enabled (No), then saved options. 
But this feature still does not work in FF or Safari for Mac. 
After refreshing browser, sidebar still appears and slides into place on mouse 
hover.

the issue is fixed for FF for Mac, but the sidebar still appears in Safari 5.0, 
even though sidebar enabled is set to "no"
