please allow option to add "search" to header #92

My preference is for users to see the "search" tool in the always-present
header (just as they did in digress.it 2.3.2), because if it's buried in the
auto-hidden sidebar, many of my readers simply won't find it.

I tried various options for adding the "search form" widget in digress.it
Appearance settings, but none of these placed it in the header, and perhaps
intentional.

I realize that the header is getting full, but given that "search" is one of
the most common functions for dealing with large amount of text, I hope that
users can be given the option of placing it there, alongside Contents/Comments
by Section/Comments by Users.

This has been added as an option to the back in the latest built. I just need
to stylize it now.
