allow user-defined links (or pages) to be added to header #93

Similar to my previous comment, I would like the flexibility to add a new link
to the header. For example, in one of my digress.it projects, users need to
have easy access to a separate site (or page) called "archives." Ideally, I
would like to add a link (or page) to the header, as I did in v 2.3.2. See
http://OnTheLine.trincoll.edu

Do I currently have the option to do this in v3? I don't see it any tool for
adding a link to the header. Furthermore, if I create a new page on the v3
hosted site, that page does not seem to appear anywhere. See this example:
http://jacktest.digress.it/new-page/

However, if this is the type of feature that I should create in a user-defined
theme, rather than the plug-in, just let me know (and please share any
guidelines we should know about creating themes for v3.) Thanks!

go to Appearance > Menus and you'll be able to create custom menus. Once you
create a menu make sure it is assigned to "A custom top menu"

Let me know if you need more info one this. Or maybe make it a bit clearer

Eddie -- thanks for responding to this request.

I followed your instructions on http://jacktest.digress.it, and if I understand
it correctly, creating a new menu (with custom top menu setting) appears to
override the standard digress.it menu items (except My Account and Logout).

Please confirm if that's correct -- or point out what I'm overlooking.
