option to add <<back and next>> links at top and bottom each post/section #94

Another useful way that users of digress.it v2.3 navigated through long text 
was to click on the links to the titles of the previous and next posts. It 
would be great if v3 had a similar feature.

If your posts have long titles, as mine often do, it can look fairly crowded on 
the screen. See v 2.3 screenshot attached.

Perhaps a simpler solution would be to add these default links at the top and 
bottom of each post:
<<back       next>>

Or, if you want to let users decide, perhaps create a digress.it option like 
this:
Navigation links to adjacent posts
 - use back/next labels (default)
 - use titles of posts as labels

Eddie -- the <<Previous and Next>> links at the top of each post are perfect.

Would you also consider adding them to the bottom of each post? When readers 
scroll through long sections of text, it's the easiest cue to lead them to the 
next section.
