On the hosted digress.it v3 site, this text automatically appears on the
default page:

"This is an example of a Digress.it page, you could edit this to put
information about yourself or your site so readers know where you are coming
from. You can create as many pages like this one or sub-pages as you like and
manage all of your content inside of Digress.it."

Where can users go to edit/remove this text? I didn't see it in the
digressit.php plugin, nor could I find it in any obvious location in the theme
files. If you intend for users to modify this text, please describe its
location at the end of the text itself.

This is the default "About" page. You can remove safely delete the page.
