Initialization and Bootstrapping of Zenon Unikernel
As the core of the Zenon network, the Zenon Unikernel must have efficient and secure initialization and bootstrapping processes to maintain the network's integrity. It must successfully initialize all components, support PoW/PoS consensus mechanisms, establish secure network connections, and be optimized for resource usage within a unikernel framework.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Core system components are initialized in a predetermined sequence to ensure proper dependencies are met.
[ ] PoW/PoS consensus mechanisms are supported and properly initialized during the bootstrapping process.
[ ] Networking capabilities are established allowing peer-to-peer communication amongst nodes.
[ ] The system bootstraps quickly and efficiently with minimal performance overhead.
[ ] Resource usage is optimized to ensure the unikernel operates effectively under constrained conditions.
[ ] Basic security measures are implemented to protect against common threats like DDoS attacks, man-in-the-middle attacks, and unauthorized access.
[ ] System components can be updated or recovered without compromising the integrity of the unikernel.
[ ] Networking components are capable of handling node discovery, synchronization, and data propagation with minimal latency.
