[ ] Users can report bugs or technical issues through a dedicated feature within the extension.
[ ] Users receive an automated confirmation after submitting a support request or bug report.
[ ] Users can access a FAQ or Troubleshooting guide within the extension.
[ ] Users can submit feedback or suggestions for the extension through a feedback form within the extension.
[ ] There is a clear response time policy for support inquiries.
[ ] Users are notified about the status of their support or bug report ticket.
