Configure environment for dev vs prod

Rely on the beta.vndb for dev and api.vndb for prod

As it stands, API req limits aren't being hit even when in development (200 commands per 10 mins) so will only re-raise in future if that ever happens (but probs won't)

Good practice to use beta.vndb for development, but I only want to test on my own account lol

Current calls:

• POST ulist (~ 1 call as we are retrieving 100 items at a time, can be called again in the profile component)
• GET user/GET authinfo (1 call per login request, checks for local storage user-data before trying to run the call)
• GET vn (in search modal, debounce time of 0.5s, returns ALL vns that fulfill search query, you will need 1200 separate calls in 10 mins for throttling to occur which is virtually impossible unless req/res times have finally become 0sec intervals and we can abandon async/await)
