Currently in progress with 32dd133012fa02e5698e64f37a79e6c975e04582, currently in sync with call to retrieve ulist but goes hand in hand with #8

Done recently, resolve by creating another observable that updates during function calls and bound to whatever (ng spinner) with async pipe
